Cabugao, officially the Municipality of Cabugao (Ilocano: Ili ti Cabugao; Filipino: Bayan ng Cabugao), is a municipality in the province of Ilocos Sur, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 38,884 people.[3]
