Usbekere (O'zbek, pl. O'zbeklar) er den største tyrkisk etniske gruppe i Centralasien. De ugør flertalsbefolkningen i Usbekistan, men findes også som en minoritetsgruppe i Afghanistan, Tadsjikistan, Kirgisistan, Kasakhstan, Rusland, Turkmenistan og Kina. Usbekisk diasporasamfund findes i bl.a. Tyrkiet og Pakistan.
