Alan Milliken Heisey II, KC (born c. 1954) is a Canadian lawyer who served as vice-chair of the Toronto Transit Commission board for period 2015–2020.[1] He was chair of the Toronto Police Services Board in 2004 when it voted not to renew the contract of Toronto Police Chief Julian Fantino.
