All Elite Wrestling (AEW) is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Jacksonville, Florida. It is owned by father and son duo Shahid and Tony Khan, with the latter being the president and chief executive officer. Its headquarters is at EverBank Stadium, the home of the National Football League's Jacksonville Jaguars; a team also owned by Shahid Khan.[9][10]

The promotion was founded in January 2019 by Khan, with brothers Matt and Nick Jackson (known as The Young Bucks), Cody Rhodes (until 2021), and later Kenny Omega serving as co-Executive vice presidents. After signing a deal with WarnerMedia in May of that year [11], AEW would launch their live, flagship, two-hour, weekly television show, Dynamite; which aired on TNT from October 2 until December 2021, when the show moved to sister channel TBS on January 5, 2022. In addition to hosting pay-per-view (PPV) events, and airing regular television specials throughout the year, other programming produced by the promotion has included; Rampage [a], and Collision [b], the quarterly Battle of the Belts specials, and the former Dark and Dark: Elevation web series for the promotion's YouTube channel. [c]

AEW is considered one of the largest wrestling promotions in the world, second only to WWE in terms of annual revenue.[12][13] In April 2024, Forbes ranked AEW as the third most valuable combat sports promotion in the world with an estimated value of $2 billion; behind the Ultimate Fighting Championship ($11.3bn) and WWE ($6.8bn).[14]
