Astacus ⫽ˈæstəkəs⫽ (Greek Ἀστακός Βιθυνίας) is an ancient city in Bithynia; it was also called Olbia ⫽ˈɒlbiə⫽. Its site is located near the modern Başiskele.[1][2]
