Blaenau Gwent was a constituency in South Wales, that represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament since 2010 by Nick Smith of the Labour Party.
As part of the 2023 Periodic Review of Westminster constituencies and under the June 2023 final recommendations of the Boundary Commission for Wales for the 2024 United Kingdom general election. The entire constituency became part of Blaenau Gwent and Rhymney.[4]
