Bloodline is an American psychological thriller television series[1][2] created by Todd A. Kessler, Glenn Kessler, and Daniel Zelman, and produced by Sony Pictures Television.[3] The series premiered on February 9, 2015, in the Berlinale Special Galas section of the 65th Berlin International Film Festival,[1] and the 13-episode first season premiered in its entirety, on Netflix, on March 20, 2015.[3] On March 31, 2015, Bloodline was renewed for a 10-episode second season that debuted on May 27, 2016.[4][5] On July 13, 2016, Netflix renewed Bloodline for a 10-episode third season,[6] later confirmed to be the final season.[7] The third and final season was released on May 26, 2017.[8]

The first season received positive reviews from many critics, with most praising its performances (particularly for Ben Mendelsohn and Kyle Chandler) and cinematography. However, the second and third seasons received mixed responses from critics.
