As of December 2019[update], there are 257 locations in five countries and territories with 59,712 rooms.[1][2] Similar to other Hilton brands, 212 Embassy Suites hotels are independently owned and operated by franchisees with 47,930 rooms, while 45 locations are managed with 11,782 rooms.[1]
