Graham Stanton Harrell (born May 22, 1985) is an American football coach and former quarterback who is the offensive coordinator for the Purdue Boilermakers. He played college football for Texas Tech Red Raiders from 2004 to 2008. He played in the Canadian Football League (CFL) and the National Football League (NFL) from 2009 to 2013, with his longest tenure as a player with the Green Bay Packers. He served as the offensive coordinator of the North Texas Mean Green (2016–2018), USC Trojans (2019–2021) and the West Virginia Mountaineers (2022).

Harrell was born in Brownwood, Texas. He attended high school in Ennis, Texas. After high school graduation, he enrolled at Texas Tech University and played quarterback for the Red Raiders, starting for three seasons. As a fifth-senior in 2008, he was named a first-team All-American quarterback, Heisman Trophy finalist in 2008, and set school, conference and national records for passing yards, attempts, completions, and touchdown passes.

After going undrafted in the 2009 NFL draft, he was signed by the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League in 2009. He was signed into the NFL in 2010 by the Green Bay Packers, where he was a part of the Super Bowl XLV win with the Packers over the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was also a member of the New York Jets.
