Greens Pool is an extended play by Australian psychedelic rock band Pond, released in Australia on 23 December 2010, through local Perth label Badminton Bandit. The titular track was released as a 7-inch single with "Mind at Largening" as a B-side, and "Cirrus White" as a bonus track available through digital download. 300 copies were pressed to vinyl, each with unique cover art; a portion of an artwork by Ben Baretto.[1][2]
In February and March 2011, Pond toured New Zealand and Australia to promote the EP. They performed at Camp A Low Hum in Wellington, toured with Art Rush, The New Termites, Twerps, and The Cuckoos, and supported MGMT through their Australian tour, with performances in Byron Bay, Melbourne, and Sydney.[3]
The EP was the band's final release with Badminton Bandit before they joined Modular Recordings ahead of their fourth studio album Beard, Wives, Denim.
