Guy Thomas Opperman (born 18 May 1965) is a British politician serving as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Roads and Local Transport since November 2023.[1] He previously served as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Pensions and Financial Inclusion at the Department for Work and Pensions between 2017 and 2022[2][a] and Minister of State for Employment from 2022 to 2023.[3] A member of the Conservative Party, he was first elected at the 2010 general election as Member of Parliament (MP) for Hexham.
