Pandit Hiralal Shastri (24 November 1899 – 28 December 1974) was an Indian politician. He served as the first chief minister of Rajasthan state in northern India. He was also third prime minister of the United Rajasthan after Manikya Lal Verma. He was a member of the Indian National Congress.[1][2]
