Jared Scott Norris (born July 19, 1993) is a former American football linebacker. He played football at Centennial High School in Bakersfield, California, where he was a three-year letterman and earned All-State honors during his senior year. Norris played college football at Utah and signed with the Carolina Panthers as an undrafted free agent in 2016.
