John C. P. Goldberg

John Carlo Paul Goldberg^[1] (born October 10, 1961) is an American legal scholar. He is the Carter Professor of General Jurisprudence at Harvard Law School.^[2] Goldberg has served as the acting dean of Harvard Law School in place of John F. Manning since March 14, 2024.^[3]
