Keni Port is a proposed deep-sea port at Keni village in Uttara Kannada district of Karnataka.[a] The Karnataka Maritime Board signed an agreement with JSW Infrastructure in November 2023 to build the port. It is estimated that the port will be constructed at a cost of more than ₹4 thousand crore.[3][4]

The port will consist of a harbor protected by Breakwaters, and deep channel. Cargo will be handled through port's container terminal, dry bulk cargo terminal and multipurpose cargo terminal. It will have a maximum depth of 20 meters and will be able to accommodate panamax and capesized vessels. A statement from the state government estimated that the port's net draft 18 meters, allowing Capesize vessels with 200,000 DWT (deadweight tonnage) to enter the proposed port.[2]
