The Lebanese American University (LAU; Arabic: الجامعة اللبنانية الأميركية) is a secular private American university in Beirut and Byblos, Lebanon. It is chartered by the board of regents of the University of the State of New York and is accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE).[4] It has two campuses and offers 37 minors, 33 bachelor's degrees, and 24 master's degrees, in addition to Pharm.D. and M.D. degrees.[5]
