Mandurriao ([manduˈryaw]) is a district in Iloilo City, in the province of Iloilo, on the island of Panay, in the Western Visayas region, in the Philippines. It is the second-largest district by land area as well as the third-most populous district, with 62,240 people in the 2020 census. Mandurriao has emerged as the focal point of urban development in Iloilo City, gaining recognition as the future commercial and financial center, surpassing Iloilo City Proper.[1]

Mandurriao stands out as a thriving commercial hub within the city, renowned for its numerous commercial establishments, condominiums, and business process outsourcing (BPO) offices. Moreover, Mandurriao boasts a vibrant nightlife scene, making it a popular destination for entertainment. The district is home to various bustling commercial and leisure areas, including Iloilo Business Park, Atria Park District, Smallville Business Complex, Riverside Boardwalk, and Gaisano Iloilo City Center. These vibrant locations feature upscale restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and hotels, earning Mandurriao the local moniker of "The District That Never Sleeps".[2][3]

The district is also home to the initial phase of the Iloilo River Esplanade, which was inaugurated in 2012.
