Mark Robert Timothy Garnier[2] OBE (born 26 February 1963) is a British Conservative Party politician and former banker who has been Member of Parliament (MP) for Wyre Forest since 2010 and Shadow Minister for Energy Security and Net Zero since July 2024.[3] He was a junior minister at the Department for International Trade from July 2016 to January 2018.[4] He was previously chair of the Committees on Arms Export Controls.[5]
