Mark Leonard (director)

Mark Hugo Leonard (born August 27, 1974)^[1] is a British political scientist and author. He is the director of the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR), which he founded in 2007. He has been writing for Project Syndicate, an international media organization, since 2004.^[2]
