Nathaniel Wedd (10 April 1864[1] – 27 September 1940[2]) was a historian,[3] lecturer, tutor,[4] and a noted influence on E. M. Forster.[5] Like Forster, he was a humanist, who attended South Place Ethical Society and admired the freethinking Moncure D. Conway.[5]
