Neptali Alvaro Gonzales (June 10,^{[citation needed]} 1923 – September 16, 2001), better known as Neptali Gonzales, Sr., was a Filipino politician who served as the President of the Philippine Senate from 1992 to 1993, 1995 to 1996, and 1998.^[1]
