Nikola Georgiev Minchev (Bulgarian: Никола Георгиев Минчев; born September 13 1987) is a Bulgarian lawyer and politician who served as the Speaker of the 47th National Assembly from 2021 to 2022 and Deputy Speaker of the 48th National Assembly from 2022 to 2023. When Rosen Zhelyazkov became the Speaker of the 49th National Assembly, Minchev assumed office as Deputy Speaker with the agreement for them to switch places after 9 months.
