Operation "Edelweiss"

While the operation with this title is well known, it is very different in its location scope and goals, see Operation Edelweiss. The operation described in this article does not seem to be known at all (search is complicated due to interference from the well-known one), but Google Scholar and Book searches for "Operation Edelweiss" "Albania" reveal nothing resembling this article. (proposed by Викидим)
