Peter Fend is an American artist born in 1950. In 1980, he founded Offices and the Ocean Earth Construction and Development Corporation with Colen Fitzgibbon, Jenny Holzer, Peter Nadin, Richard Prince, and Robin Winters,[1] which was a "corporation" invented for a group of artists.[2] In 1994, the organization changed its name to Ocean Earth Development Corporation (OCEAN EARTH).[3]
