Colonel Philip O'Reilly (Irish: Pilib MacAodh Ó Raghallaigh) (1599 - 1655)[1] was a member of parliament for County Cavan, Ireland in the Irish Parliament from 1639 to 1641, and a leading member of the 1641 Rebellion.
