Purushottama Dasa (alternatively spelled Purushottam Das; Odia: ପୁରୁଷୋତ୍ତମ ଦାସ; c. 1550-1600) was a sixteenth century Odia poet[1] and devotee of lord Jagannath.[2] He was very popular for his poem "Kanchi Kaveri", based on a real historical incident.[3]
