Richard Michael John Ogilvie Graham CMG (born 4 April 1958)[1] is a British politician and former diplomat who served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Gloucester from 2010 to 2024.[2][3] A member of the Conservative Party, he served as the British consul general in Macao from 1989 to 1992, prior to joining the banking sector.
