Efstratios Stamatopoulos[a] (30 June 1890 – 19 July 1969) was a Greek writer. He is known for writing novels, novellas, and short stories under the pseudonym Stratis Myrivilis[b]. He is associated with the "Generation of the '30s".[1] He was nominated for the Nobel Prize in Literature three times (1960, 1962, 1963).[2]
