Sylvestre Mudacumura (1954 in Gisenyi, Rwanda – 17/18 September 2019^[1]^[2]) was the overall commander of the military wing of the rebel Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR), known as the Forces Combattants Abacunguzi (FOCA).
