This template is intended to request Revision deletion of portions of any page due to apparent copyright violations tainting the page history, under section RD1 of the criteria for redaction. Please use this template only for requesting the redaction of copyrighted material from a page's history where the violations have been cleared from the current revision. This template is not displayed to users who are logged out.
Requests for revision deletion under any other criteria should be made to an administrator in Category:Wikipedia administrators willing to handle RevisionDelete requests.
You must specify at least one revision (using the |start= parameter alone), or first range of revisions to redact.
A user script is available to quickly select ranges of revision IDs to be used in the template at User:Enterprisey/cv-revdel. If adding the template manually, please place it at the top of the page.
