Arthur Thamsanqa Ntuli (born 1973) is a South African politician who is the Provincial Chairperson of the Inkatha Freedom Party in KwaZulu-Natal. He is the former mayor of Nkandla Local Municipality and King Cetshwayo District Municipality, currently serves as the Premier of KwaZulu-Natal.[1][2]
