Torqabeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان طرقبه) is in Torqabeh District of Torqabeh and Shandiz County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Hesar.[4]
At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of Torqabeh District of Mashhad County) was 15,348 in 4,150 households.[5] There were 6,029 inhabitants in 1,953 households at the following census of 2011,[6] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Binalud County (now Torqabeh and Shandiz County).[3] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,499 in 2,371 households. The most populous of its 33 villages was Hesar, with 1,718 people.[2]
