Dear Silva, I have been trying to remove some of the "This page needs additional sources" templates and have forgotten how to do it.That template is unfortunately present on many articles that now have dozens of sources. I think what happens is that early on somebody puts it up, but mostly - once it goes up, nobody ever takes it down. Depending on how perfectionist a scholar tends to be concerning the number of excellent sources required for any article, the statement that "this article requires additional sources" may be thought to apply to ANY article, no matter how many, no matter how excellent the quality. How can we Wikipedians program a robot to remove the template? Or must each one be removed manually? I would think that the factors important in removing the template might be 1. date it was placed. In other words, how long has it been there? 2. How many sources were present when the template was placed, let's call that (number of sources at template placement) - as compared to number of sources now present. If the number now is reasonable large as compared to the number at placement, and the notice is old, let it be removed. There is still the opportunity for a reader to add the template at any time.
