The following WikiProjects have all been tagged as inactive or historical. To qualify as "inactive", a project page should have had no directly project-related activity for at least three months. Comments from outside parties left on talk pages without response would not qualify as activity by this definition.
Please review any that might interest you. If your active project would be interested in taking on one of the projects below which is simply inactive as a subproject, please feel free to propose that. Alternately, if you would like to join the inactive project and work to make it active again, please feel free to do so. Please do not think of this list as a starting point to propose deletion of these projects, however. I think that once this page is "activated", or completed, a project should remain listed here for at least 30 days, barring the project becoming active again during that period, before any thought is given to deleting it.
