William John Manners Tollemache, 9th Earl of Dysart DL (3 March 1859 – 22 November 1935) in the Peerage of Scotland, was also a Baronet (cr.1793) in the Baronetage of Great Britain, Lord Lieutenant of Rutland (1881–1906), and Justice of the Peace for Leicestershire and Lincolnshire.[1][2]
