Xavier Proctor (born November 1, 1990) is a former American football offensive tackle. He played college football at North Carolina Central University and attended Mount Hebron High School in Ellicott City, Maryland.^[1] He has also been a member of the Detroit Lions, New York Giants and Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
