Yamadutas (Sanskrit: यमदूत; Thai: ยมทูต) are the messengers of death according to Hinduism, the agents of Yama, the god of the netherworld. They carry the departed souls of human beings who had not achieved moksha to Yamaloka, the underworld.[1]
