Dom Manuel II (diucapkan [mɐnuˈɛɫ]; bahasa Inggris: Emanuel II), bernama Manuel Maria Filipe Carlos Amélio Luís Miguel Rafael Gabriel Gonzaga Francisco de Assis Eugénio de Saxe-Coburgo-Gotha e Bragança ^[1] ; "sang Patriot" (Portugis: "o Patriota") atau "yang Malang" ("o Desventurado")— (19 Maret 1889 – 2 Juli 1932) berkuasa sebagai raja Portugal ke-34 (atau ke-35 oleh beberapa sejarawan) dan raja terakhir Portugal dari tahun 1 Februari 1908 hingga 5 Oktober 1910 melalui Kudeta Revolusi 5 Oktober 1910.
