The Police of Serbia (Serbian: Полиција Србије, romanizedPolicija Srbije), formally the Police of the Republic of Serbia (Serbian: Полиција Републике Србије, romanizedPolicija Republike Srbije), commonly abbreviated to Serbian Police (Serbian: Српска полиција, romanizedSrpska policija), is the national civilian police force of the Serbia. The Serbian Police is responsible for all local and national law enforcement. It is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs through its Police Directorate.[2]
