The Southern and Eastern Serbia (Serbian: Јужна и источна Србија, romanizedJužna i istočna Srbija) is one of five statistical regions of Serbia. It is also a level-2 statistical region according to the European NUTS. It was formed in 2010. As of 2022 census, the region has a total of 1,406,050 inhabitants.[2]
