Cebu ([sɛˈbu], Cebuano: Sugbo [sugˈbɔ]) ist eine Insel der Visayas-Gruppe im Inselstaat der Philippinen.

Die Insel Cebu hat eine Fläche von 4.468 km²; ihre Hauptstadt ist Cebu City. In Cebu herrscht eine Jahresmitteltemperatur von 26 °C. Hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und Temperaturen um 30 °C sind am Tag typisch. Kühlster Monat ist der Januar, heißester Monat ist der Mai. Die Insel liegt in der Zone regelmäßig auftretender tropischer Wirbelstürme.

Cebu bildet mit einigen anderen, kleineren Inseln die Provinz Cebu im Regierungsbezirk Central Visayas.
