The 2015 Kocho killings refer to the execution-style killing of at least 21 Iraqi Arab civilians in the village of Kocho, in Iraq's Sinjar District, by Yazidi militias on 25 January 2015. The attack was carried out in retaliation for the 2014 Sinjar massacre, in which thousands of Yazidis were killed by Islamic State (IS) militants.[1][2][3]
