The 2023 South Gloucestershire Council election took place on 4 May 2023 to elect members of South Gloucestershire Council in England. This was on the same day as other local elections across England.^[1][2][3][4]

The Conservatives lost control of the council to no overall control.^[5] A Liberal Democrat and Labour coalition subsequently formed to take control of the council.
