Abubakar Garba Iliya (born 2 October 1962) is a Nigerian expert in hydrogeology, geophysics, agriculture and water resources management, mining and disaster management. He was the former managing director Chad Basin Development Authority, Maiduguri, commissioner Ministry of Humanitarian Affair and Disaster Management Yobe State, Nigeria. He is currently the executive director administration and finance, North-East Development Commission, Nigeria.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]
