Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani (transl. An Amazing Story of a Strange Love[a]) is a 2009 Indian Hindi-language romantic comedy film written and directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and produced by Ramesh Taurani under Tips Industries. Starring Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif, the film was a critical and commercial success with a global gross of ₹103.21 crore, becoming the third-highest grossing Hindi film of 2009.[2] The soundtrack album composed by Pritam was an instant chartbuster.
At the 55th Filmfare Awards, Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani received 5 nominations, including Best Actor (Kapoor) and Best Music Director (Pritam), and won Best Actor (Critics) (Kapoor).
In 2010, it was unofficially remade in Bengali as Mon Je Kare Uru Uru.
