The Australian Psychological Society (APS) is the leading organisation for psychologists in Australia. It claims more than 27,000 members making it one of the largest professional health organisation in Australia.[1] The APS Code of Ethics was adopted by the organisation in 2007 and became the Code of Ethics for the profession in Australia, when it was adopted by the Psychology Board of Australia (PsychBA) in 2010.[2][3]

The APS also provides members with information, resources and expert advice, as well as access to professional development, networking opportunities and recommendations of appropriate fees to charge for professional services.[4][5][6]
