Benjamin Whitmer (born January 25, 1978), better known by the ring name B. J. Whitmer, is an American professional wrestling producer, professional wrestling trainer, color commentator, and retired professional wrestler. He is best known for his work in Ring of Honor (ROH), where he is a four-time ROH World Tag Team Champion.[1][2][3][4][6]
