The Battle of Zvolen was a battle of the Hungarian–Czechoslovak War that took place on June 1919. The reorganised Czechoslovak Army successfully managed to capture Bánská Štiavnica and Zvolen during the battle. This battle was the beginning of the Czechoslovak counteroffensive.[2]
