In electrochemistry, conductivity cell is crucial for measuring the solution's electrical conductivity. The concentration and ion mobility of solution in chemistry are related to conductivity of that solution. The conductive cells are useful for determining the ionic strength and the purity of solutions.[1]
Conductivity cells are designed to work in variety of situations and measurement kinds. Conductivity cells come in variety of forms, including low and high conductivity cell types. In many cases the cells with cylindrical electrode typologies or parallel plate layouts are used.[1]
