David Michael Doogan (born 4 March 1973) is a Scottish National Party (SNP) politician who served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Angus from 2019 general election until the seat's abolition in 2024. Doogan has been the SNP's Energy Security and Net Zero Spokesperson since September 2023.[1]
